1. Introduction

The website www.budgetbazaar.online and the Budget Bazaar mobile application (collectively, “Budget Bazaar”) are owned and operated by Budget Bazaar Online Supermarket (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing or using our website or app, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and other applicable policies.

2. Eligibility

Our services are intended for users 18 years and above. If you are under 18, you may use the services only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Nature of Service

Budget Bazaar is an online grocery and retail platform that allows users to browse products and place orders.

All orders are fulfilled from our physical store located at 15-A, Scheme No. 51, Sangam Nagar, Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

Budget Bazaar is the seller of the products listed on the platform unless explicitly stated otherwise.

4. User Account

To place orders, you may be required to create an account by providing accurate and complete information such as name, phone number, email address, and delivery address.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities carried out through your account.

5. Orders, Pricing & Availability

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Product availability may vary and is subject to stock at the time of order processing.
• Certain products (such as fresh produce) may be billed based on actual weight at the time of packing.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to unavailability, pricing errors, or operational reasons.

6. Payments

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. Budget Bazaar does not store any card, UPI, or banking details.

7. Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, available on the website/app.

8. Communication

By registering and placing orders, you consent to receive order-related communications via SMS, WhatsApp, phone calls, or email.

You may opt out of promotional communications at any time by following the instructions provided in such messages.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on Budget Bazaar, including logos, images, text, design, and software, is the property of Budget Bazaar and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written permission.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for unlawful purposes
• Upload or transmit harmful, misleading, or offensive content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
• Disrupt the functionality or security of the platform

Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of access.

11. Disclaimer

The platform and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we strive to ensure accuracy and availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Budget Bazaar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant order.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
